This project consisted of remediating a homeowner installed failing patio and stair case that was installed over tree stumps causing settling as the stumps decayed. The patio and wall was failing. Our team stepped in to remove the old bricks, pavers, stumps, and landscaping and transformed this property with new landscaping, lighting, pavers on a concrete base poured with piers, a new retaining wall and a new set of steps up the side of the hill.
